Leeds therapy room treatments

  • Situated in Park Square; a peaceful Georgian square in the very heart of Leeds with all city centre amenities close by, the therapy room provides a wonderful calm and quiet environment to experience the full benefits of a Shiatsu treatment.

    Details:

    • Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your first session to allow time for the initial consultation.

    • Wear loose comfortable clothing for your treatment.

    • Avoid alcohol consumption on the day of your treatment and avoid eating heavily within the 2 hours prior to your appointment time.

    Cancellation / Rescheduling

    I have a 24 hours minimum prior cancellation policy, please get in touch as soon as you can if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.

    £60 / 60 minutes - A restorative full body treatment

    £75 / 90 minutes - A deeply relaxing session with enhanced focus on specific complaints

Home treatments

  • The ideal choice for those unable to travel to a therapy room, or with a busy and irregular schedule. Home treatments allow you to relax before and after the session within the comfort of your own home, whilst saving precious commuting time.

    If you have any particular health issue or other specific needs, please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate.

    Available in the following areas:

    Given the mobile nature of this service, home treatments are geographically limited to Leeds city centre and North Leeds, specifically: Headingley, Far Headingley, Meanwood, Moortown, Weetwood, Adel, Chapel Allerton and Roundhay.

    Details:

    • Allow 15 mins in addition to the length of your session for setup and clearing the space.

    • The treatment requires a clear floor space to accommodate a portable futon mat with space for me to move around.

    • Please provide a warm blanket and a few pillows or cushions to ensure your comfort.

Corporate wellbeing & events

  • Chair Shiatsu, also known as seated acupressure, is very well suited for the office environment to manage work related stress, boost efficiency and improve postural issues. It is a relaxing treatment which makes it an ideal option for staff wellbeing days & events. The standard sequence covers the back, neck and shoulders. The typical length of a treatment is 20 minutes, focusing on the areas of main complaint, but can be adjusted up to 30 minutes for a complete upper body massage to include the arms, hands and scalp.     Details:

    • This service is available as a half day or full day booking.

    • Treatments can be accommodated for 5 people per half day and up to 12 people for the full day.

    • Adjustments required for any individuals with a disability will be responded to with care.

    • Treatments take place in your office or event location.

    • In an office setting you simply need to provide a quiet space in an uncluttered room (approx 3m x 3m) to accommodate the massage chair and space to move around it.

    A custom service for 2-5 days at your wellbeing retreat is available upon request ~ both traditional futon Shiatsu and chair formats available.
